How do I apply to be a trade partner, and how long does approval take?
Email us to apply and we'll send you a short form. If you qualify, a sales rep in your region will reach out with next steps. The process usually takes a couple of days.
How do I place an order (portal, email, or phone)?

You can customize the size, shape (rectangular, round, or diagram), border finish (serged, cotton binding, or infinity edge), and we offer different kinds of backing.
What are the lead times for custom rugs, broadloom cuts, and full rolls?
Custom-made rugs and broadloom cuts typically take about 2 weeks. Carpet rolls can ship in a couple of days if they're in stock. Need it faster? Rush service is available (about 1 week) for an additional fee.
Do you offer sample sets and in-store displays? How do I get them?
Yes, we do offer displays and sample sets, as well as loose samples customized to the account's needs.
Where do you ship from, and how long does shipping take?
We ship from Dalton, GA. Shipping usually takes no more than a week for continental US.
